The hotel room key we have to be very careful because the second you place it next to the phone, it deactivates, and it gets very frustrating when you are staying in a room far from the lobby and the room key is not working because it got deactivated, including the time we make it purposely to the lobby to change the key and we didn’t put it anywhere next to the phone and when we get back to the hotel it deactivated again. But interestingly they call my friend who stayed at the room across from us the next day saying they apologize for the leak, but we were the room with the leak so the whole company feels very disorganized.
When we get to our hotel room, the room itself is very large, nice, clean, but there was water leaking out the side of the bathroom, we informed the front desk the first day but we didn’t get a room change, instead they had someone come to dry up the floor but the water starts sipping out again overnight, so we had to use a towel to cover the leaks, but because our stay was short, we did not insist on the room change the next day.
